Recently while working on a project for UniCharm, Mix Plumbing where called out for an issue with a blocked waste system that was holding up production at their Cockburn facility. That afternoon the team at Mix Plumbing where able to restore the system to its original working order, more than that though, a quick check of the plumbing plans from the site and we where able to pin-point an issue that was causing low water pressure and therefore slower production times on their waste water treatment facility. Overnight Mix Plumbing had re-formatted the system to Australian Plumbing code and restored the valve pressure up to 63psi, which increased prioduction by 8%. It may not sound massive but when you are producing 60,000 tonnes of water a day that small percentage can make a massive difference.
